Not only for the bike fan this Hermle pendulum clock is a great design piece. The wall clock with pendulum shows a minimum of movement. The rims are nickel-plated in brass and the shafts are made of steel. The construction is a work frame made of aluminium and Plexiglas and can therefore be viewed exactly. Recognizable are the modules escapement, derailleur, drive mechanism and pointer movement. The movement is powered by a mechanical 8 day chain hoist movement. The chain used here is a bicycle chain. The metal hands are painted black and stand out well above the bright dial rim in the form of a brake disc.
